Manage the Balkans Cluster Customer Services department of our client, with remote teams being located in Athens, Bucharest, Otopeni and Sofia - factories and offices.
Establish efficient collaboration with Global Help Desk, targeted to the individual need of each Affiliate and Business areas. Ensure CS delivery within the established and defined KPI's
Accountable to define technology directions in the Client environment based on Global IT functions; develop LRP / 3 Year Plan for Customer Services based on Balkans Cluster strategies and directions from Global IS functions.
3+ years in delivering and supporting IT/IS systems in large and multinational company Experience in Project Management and Service Management Good understanding of key IS delivery processes Mastering Contract management and good experience with KPI mesurement. Good understanding of business processes Experienced in leading and coaching others; Remote teams management Experienced with "virtual teams" geograficaly distributed Service management - hands on experience.
College/University - Information Technology
3-4 years management ( IS or business) experience;
Project management - experienced; ITIL - experienced; Change Management - experienced; Business general knowledge - accomplished; Financial cycles - accomplished; Budgeting - accomplished
