German/Dutch speaking Service Desk Superstars Needed!

What you'll do: 
You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service in a vibrant and engaging call centre environment. In this role you will support both users and managers, utilising your ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding our Clients’ mobile devices, billing and platform access.  You’ll be working on the telephone and via email, completing tickets in your queue with time limits, so the ability to prioritise your own work is essential. You’ll be expected to meet or exceed established activity goals; 20 calls per day, 50 emails per week, so you must be happy working in a fast paced setting.
 
Who you are:
You’re enthusiastic about providing phenomenal support for many types of clients and consider yourself to be a committed problem-solver. Ideally, you will have previously worked on a Service Desk or in a Support Centre.  If you are courteous and professional, as well as passionate about providing the highest level of Client service, then we welcome you to apply to become a part of our team!  You’re fluent in English and German and/or Dutch.
 
Where we want you:
You’ll be working within a newly set-up department in our lovely Bucharest office as part of a vibrant, energetic and well-educated team, all of whom are as passionate about giving great service. The Service Desk is open between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday and you will work a rotating 8 hour shift during these hours.
